The Ghost wanders the hospital, phasing in and out of visibility. When invisible, it closes doors and shifts objects. When it reveals itself, it drains your sanity. Use CCTV cameras to locate it, then sneak up behind it and hit it with a taser or gun. The taser becomes available after shift 3 and is also the Security class starter item.
